Here you can purchase an affordable return label for customers in GERMANY.
The flat-rate packaging fee has already been includedin the price of the postal return label.

Simply purchase and pay for the product, and you’ll receive the return label via email. The label is also visible in your user account and can be downloaded from there.

Simply go to “View Orders” in your customer account. When ordering a return label, please click “Order Details” in the upper right corner and then select “Request DHL Return Label” under “Return Tracking.” You can then download the return label.
